Moderna was established in 2020 and is an independent ship management company which manages and operates a modern, diversified fleet of bulk carriers trading worldwide. 

Our philosophy is to maintain a high number of experienced and motivated personnel onshore and at sea, having adopted a strict policy of safety and preventive maintenance on board our vessels.

Moderna's fleet of vessels trade under short and long term time charters, as well as voyage charters. Our bulk carriers carry cargoes such as coal, iron ore and grains, worldwide.
